Although this program is geared toward those in substance abuse treatment, other addictions and criminal offending, it is an excellent program for anyone at all. This is a cognitive behavioral program that uses drawing and creativity to tap into ones present status of life, looking into the past and projecting to the future. All areas of a person’s life is covered including: What is happening right now; what was happening one year ago, five year ago, ten years ago and twenty–depending on the individual’s age. Areas such as relationships, life interests, scheduling on a daily basis, best of times and worst of times, life goals for the future on a one year and ten year basis–are all covered. This program acts as a guide promoting individuals to address issues and goals in a most creative exciting way that helps provoke motivation toward realizing goals and setting out to accomplish them systematically based on past behavior and what could have been done instead.
